Alexis Reyna is the main character in Unhinged. She is a psychologist/famous radio show host of Heartbreakers, where she gives the listeners relationship advice. At the beginning of the story, she discovered that someone is stalking her.

Alexis and Nicholas were both adopted by the Reynas when they were little. She later becomes a psychologist and uses her skills to give listeners relationship advice through her radio show Heartbreakers, which later becomes popular. She later gains a co-host Dr. Chace Ryder, whom she later became romantically involved with. She also conducts counselling sessions at her home, mainly for married couples.
